LUGANSK, October 23 (Lugansk Media Centre) – Another Ukrainian service member died after COVID-19 vaccine trials, said People’s Militia chief of staff Colonel Yan Leschenko at a news brifieng at the Lugansk Media Center.

He said that Ukraine has become a testing laboratory for US biological experiments aimed at developing anti-coronavirus vaccine.

"As to our knowledge, tests were carried out in one of the laboratories, in the Medical Center in Starobelsk, on military personnel infected with COVID-19. The tests were aimed at studying the vaccine influence on human organism," Leschenko said.

Overall, 12 servicemen of the 24th brigade received the vaccination, eight of them had previously tested positive for COVID-19.

"After the vaccination, the condition of the servicemen deteriorated rapidly, one of the, private (OR-2) Gubenko, died."

Lugansk Media Center reported earlier the death of four Ukrainian service members in COVID-19 vaccine trials. The total of 15 volunteers were exposed to the vaccine and medication produced by Americal virologists in the Kharkov region. Eight of the volunteers were soon transferred to intensive care units, three were put on ventilation. The IC unit could not treat them adequately as the components of the vaccine were not known to them. As a result, five patients, four of them Ukrainian army service members, died.
