Ukrainian rocket falls on school in Lisichansk
LUGANSK, October 13 (Lugansk Media Centre) – An anti-aircraft missile has fallen on a school building in Kiev-controlled Lisichansk after being fired by a Ukrainian army unit during military drills, said LPR People's Militia spokesman Lieutenant-Colonel Andrey Marochko.
"The anti-aircraft missile division of the 53rd brigade of the Ukrainian army was carrying out live fire drills and fired several "Osa" system missiles. The insufficient qualification of officers and lack of practice of teams caused one of the missiles to fall on the premises of 27th school of Lisichansk ("Lugansk district")."
Ukrainian media sources blamed the LPR People's Militia for the incident.
