LUGANSK, July 3 (Lugansk Media Centre) – Ukrainian Combined Task Force Sever (North) has lost four 10 killed and 18 injured in non-combat accidents in June, said LPR People's Militia press service officer Alexander Mazeikin.

"According to a source in the Sever CTS, the force lost 10 killed and 18 injured in non-combat accidents in June."

The majority of accidents occurred in the 24th brigade, which lost four killed and seven wounded.

The 93rd brigade lost three killed and four wounded; the 30th brigade lost two killed and four woundd; the 25th brigade lost one killed and three wounded.

Non-combat losses in the Ukrainian army amounted to 290 killed and over 600 wounded in 2019.

Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass on April 13, 2014. Its status was changed to the joint forces operation in 2018, though the situation on the ground remained mostly unchanged as Kiev forces keep violating the ceasefire announced and reconfirmed by the sides multiple times.

The Package of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements was adopted by the Contact Group on Ukraine on February 12, 2015 and supported by member states of the Normandy Four (Germany, Russia, Ukraine and France). The UN Security Council approved the document by Resolution 2202 and called upon all the sides to ensure full implementation of the Package of Measures.

The document provides for comprehensive ceasefire, withdrawal of all heavy weapons from the contact line, starting a dialog on reconstruction of social and economic ties between Kiev and Donbass. It also envisages carrying out constitutional reform in Ukraine providing for decentralization and adopting permanent legislation on a special status of certain areas of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
