Two loud explosions in Lugansk caused by HV cable short circuit - authorities (PHOTOS)
LUGANSK, August 14 (Lugansk Media Centre) – Electrocable short circuit became the reason of loud explosions heard in central Lugansk on Wednesday, law enforcement officers told Lugansk Media Center.
"Preliminary reports say a short circuit occurred in a high-voltage cable at 1 Moskovskaya street, where garages are located. Two loud bangs followed," an officer said.
No one was injured, police and first responders are working at the scene.
