Statement by LPR representative to Minsk talks Vladislav Deinego
Mr Reznikov, head of the so-called “Reintegration Ministry,” who ironically performs the duties of deputy head of the Ukrainian delegation at the Minsk talks, has presented to the world “a deep analysis” of the coronavirus situation in the Lugansk People’s Republic and the Donetsk People’s Republic.
The above ministry, which understands reintegration as segregation, and which has prepared a draft law on the “legal regime of the transition period” envisioning the regime of concentration camp instead of special status for Donbass, has suddenly become concerned over the health of Donbass Republics residents.
Donbass is very well aware of Ukraine's “concern”: massive artillery and air strikes in 2014-2015, transport, energy and water blockade and finally the economic and humanitarian blockade legimatized by the Ukrainian president’s decree.
Now, being “concerned” about the population of Donbass and the whole Ukraine in general, Kiev blocks the possibility of vaccination with a direct ban on the use of the Russian-made vaccine which has been acknowledged worldwide and could have been produced for two months already in Kharkov. Instead, it is planning to purchase the vaccines that cannot compare to the Russian one in terms of effectiveness and safety and cannot be de-facto received in the nearest future.
Kiev authorities are trying to present Donbass, which has already launched vaccination using Sputnik V, as a “test field for experiments,” accusing Russia of “medical genocide,” a ridiculous phrase, for saving Donbass with humanitarian deliveries of its vaccine at Donetsk and Lugansk’s request.
It is Ukraine that has been conducting an anti-human experiment on its population for the seventh year. It tries to physically destroy those who do not yield: burning them in Odessa and shooting in Donbas, sending for slaughter to the contact line and exterminating with coronavirus.
Reznikov’s words describing the vaccination in Donbass as “medical genocide” are hypocrisy at the very least, and a crime if we dig deeper. Not just before Donbass, but before residents of Ukraine.
