SMM report shows Kiev falsifies shelling incidents
LUGANSK, May 23 (Lugansk Media Centre) – The OSCE SMM observation camera have registered MLRS BM-21 Grad fire from the Ukrainian side in the Stanitsa Luganskaya area, said LPR People's Militia spokesman Lieutenant-Colonel Andrey Marochko.
He quoted an SMM report saying that cameras captured Grad fire in the vicinity of the Stanitsa Luganskaya checkpoint.
"According to the report dated May 22, the fire originated five km south-east from the camera, the area is located on Kiev-controlled territory, if you look on the map. The bursts were also recorded on the Kiev's territory."
"This fact proves that Kiev falsifies shelling incidents in this area to blame the LPR People's Militia and to avoid withdrawing heavy weapons."
