Russian humanitarian aid convoy arrives in Lugansk
The 60th humanitarian aid convoy of the Russian Emergencies Ministry (EMERCOM) arrived in Lugansk on Tuesday, delivering 100 tons of baby food.
The cargo arrived pre-packed in sets for babies under one year old and the group from one to three years old, totalling 99.9 tons or 9,212 sets, a Lugansk State Reserve official said.
On 22 December, 17 EMERCOM trucks delivered to the republic 160 tons of cargoes, including medications and baby food.
The first EMERCOM humanitarian aid convoy arrived in LPR on 22 August 2014. Russia has sent more than 66,000 tons of relief supplies to LPR and DPR residents since.
