Pasechnik winning election with 70.42%, preliminary results show
LUGANSK, November 12 (Lugansk Media Centre) – LPR acting head Leonid Pasechnik is on track to win the election, preliminary results announced by the Central Election Commission suggest.
"Leonid Pasechnik's result is 70.42% after 31% of the ballots counted."
His runner-up is Oleg Koval (15.35 percent), followed by Natalia Sergun (7.71 percent) and Ludmila Rusnak (5.48 percent).
The social movement Mir Luganschine is poised to win control over the Parliament with 75.2% of votes; Lugansk Economic Union has secured 24.18 so far.
