Pasechnik helps Narodniy supermarket chain overcome crisis

LUGANSK, September 24 (Lugansk Media Centre) - The Narodniy government-subsidised supermarket chain in the Lugansk People’s Republic has overcome the crisis thanks to the assistance provided by acting LPR Head Leonid Pasechnik, the CCC Narodniy chain store administration told the Lugansk Media Centre.
“In November 2017, Narodniy’s losses exceeded ten million rulbles After Pasechnik’s approval of a bailout plan and the allocation of a government loan, the company began to operate at break-even,” the administration said.
The first outlets of the state-owned Narodniy supermarket chain were launched in November-December 2014.
The LPR currently has some 30 such stores. The supermarket near the public transport stop Kvartal Gayevogo in Lugansk opened in the summer of 2018 in the latest chain store expansion.
