Over 500,000 people get LPR passports - Pasechnik
LUGANSK, October 1 (Lugansk Media Centre) - More than half a million people have obtained Lugansk People’s Republic passports, LPR Head Leonid Pasechnik said.
“As far as I know, LPR passports have been issued to more than 500,000 people by now,” Pasechnik said.
The first ten residents got LPR passports on May 5, 2015.
At a ceremony in August 2020, LPR Interior Minister Igor Kornet handed in the 500,000th LPR passport to a coalminer from the town of Stakhanov.
