Over 400 companies take part in festive trade show in Lugansk
LUGANSK, September 2 (Lugansk Media Center) – Over 400 companies and entrepreneurs from the LPR take part in the festive trade show in Lugansk today.
The fair is taking place near Avangard stadium as a part of the Republic’s National Economy Achievements Exhibition (NEAE) 2017.
The event is dedicated to the Day of Lugansk, which celebrates 222nd anniversary this year.
The trade show has been attended by LPR chairman of the Council of Minsters Sergey Kozlov and Lugansk mayor Manolis Pilavov.
National music bands have also performed today to entertain the visitors.
Lugansk mayor Manolis Pilavov welcomed the participants and the guests of the event saying the exhibition's proportions testify to the Republic's development.
The show comprises two sections, the first one covering metal industry, wood processing, engineering, food industry, coal mining, jewelry, chemical industry, agriculture and retail.
At the second outdoors section goods are available to customers.
On Friday, the LPR has presented today over 100 investment options at the Second Economic Forum in Lugansk.
Kostenko said that the Forum and investment exhibition have been attended by businessmen from Russia, South Ossetia, Abkhazia, DPR, Finland and Arab Countries.
