Over 1,500 air pollution sources are located in Kiev-controlled territory
LUGANSK, June 16 (Lugansk Media Center) – Over 1,500 air pollution sources are located in Kiev-controlled territory of Lugansk region, said LPR Emergencies Ministry head Sergey Ivanushkin.
The most hazardous chemical enterprises in the Kiev-controlled territory are Azot in Severodonetsk, Zarya in Rubezhnoye, and Linnik oil refinery in Lisichansk.
"They have about 1,500 air pollution sources," Ivanushkin said.
"Actually, almost all hazardous chemical enterprises are located in Kiev-controlled territory. The largest numbers of air pollution were registered in Lisichansk, Severodonetsk and Rubezhnoye. Residential areas are located in plants' buffer zones and emissions affect people's health."
