Number of wounded in Lugansk twin blast rises to seven (PHOTOS)
The twin blast organized by Kiev saboteurs rocked the center of Lugansk today afternoon killing an LPR servicewoman and wounding seven people, said LPR People's Militia spokesman Lieutenant-Colonel Andrey Marochko.
"Today Kiev saboteurs perpetrated two terror acts, a woman was killed, five people wounded by the first explosion, two people were injured in the second one which occurred just several dozen meters away from the first one. The explosions hit a busy street where shops and post office are located. One of the explosive devices was filled with splinters."
"It testifies to the fact that the perpetrators of the terror acts wanted the attacks to be as deadly as possible."
