Normandy Four summit does not impel Ukraine to filfill Minsk-2 - Deinego
LUGANSK, December 2 (Lugansk Media Centre) – The December Normandy Four summit has not pushed Ukraine towards the peace settlement of the Donbass conflict, said LPR Foreign Minister Vladislav Deinego speaking at an Arria-Formula basis today at the UNSC event.
"The assessment of the implementation of the results of the 2019 summit is obvious: the lack of political will does not allow Ukraine to ensure either responsible participation in the Minsk talks, or effectiv organization of the implementation of its obligations," he said, noting that the summit "did not give a positive impulse to the settlement process."
Donbass representatives spoke on Wednesday in the Arria-Formula format today at the UN SC event for the first time in the Republics' history. Despite the format of an informal forum to share opinions, the representatives of France and Germany to the UN have blocked the webcast of the discussion over the implementation of the Minsk Package of Measures on the Settlement in Ukraine, said First Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia to the UN Dmitry Polyanskiy.
The Russian Permanent Mission to the UN in New York, USA, broadcasted the speeches on its Youtube channel.
