Luganskvoda to suspend water supply to some LPR towns due to March 14-15 repairs
LUGANSK, March 14 (Lugansk Media Centre) - The Luganskvoda state enterprise will suspend or reduce water supply to a number of towns in the Lugansk People’s Republic on March 14-15 due to transmission line repairs, the utility’s press service reported.
“From 9:00 to 17:00 on March 14-15, the Mikhailovka - Kommunarskaya high voltage line will be disconnected for repairs which will cause voltage drop at the 2nd level pumping station in Stakhanov, 4th level pumping station in Alchevsk, 4th level station at the West Water Treatment Plant and the Chernukhino water supply station,” the report said.
“This will reduce water supply by 40 percent to Krasniy Luch and Antratsit and cut it off to Stakhanov, Bryanka, Kirovsk, Perevalsk, Zorinsk and Artyomovsk,” the press service said.
Luganskvoda said that water supply to the above towns would be restored after securing stable power supply to the pumping stations. It apologized to the customers for the temporary inconvenience.
