Lugakom to open 4 new customer service centers, works to improve connection
LUGANSK, August 22 (Lugansk Media Centre) – Lugakom mobile carrier is to launch four new customer service centers by the end of the year in Lugansk, Stakhanov, Sverdlovsk and Krasnyi Luch, said the company's principal deputy director general Eduard Egorov.
"We are executing the program to enhance loyalty of our customer base," he said.
Egorov apologized to the Lugakom customers for the operator's unstable operation saying the company is working to improve its services.
"We plan to open four customer service centers this year, one additional office in Lugansk, other three - in Stakhanov, Sverdlovsk and Krasnyi Luch."
On 18 June 2015, the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications announced launching of a new domestic mobile operator Lugakom. LPR post offices began to sell Lugakom user kits in September. The number of Lugakom mobile carrier subscribers has grown four times since the beginning of 2017 and got to 400 thousand, said the Republic’s Telecom and Mass Communications Minister Mikhail Surzhenko.
