LPR’s Pasechnik orders measures against food overcharging ahead of New Year
LUGANSK, December 25 (Lugansk Media Centre) - Lugansk People’s Republic Head Leonid Pasechnik ordered to prevent food profiteering in the runup to the New Year, the LPR Head administration press service told the Lugansk Media Centre.
“In general, large retail chains have kept prices in check ahead of the holidays, but small businesses decided for some reason that they could cash in on LPR residents,” the press service said. “We will take tough measures to stop the cynical and outrageous price hikes.”
“Pasechnik ordered the Council of Ministers to take this issue under tight control,” it added.
