LPR's Kobtseva says video conference of humanitarian group "pointless"
LUGANSK, December 26 (Lugansk Media Centre) – LPR considers it meaningless to hold a videoconference of the humanitarian working group of the Contact Group, said LPR representative in the Contact Group humanitarian subgroup Olga Kobtseva.
She commented on her Ukrainian counterpart Irina Geraschenko's proposition to have video talks on December 27 saying that "LPR considers it pointless".
"LPR position remains the same: to implement the Minsk Agreements following the "all for all" exchange plan.
"Kiev's proposition is a publicity stunt for their leadership. For example, both Kiev's exchange lists of persons who LPR and DPR want liberated, include one and the same person, this is a very cynical approach."
LPR is ready to carry out POW swap on the "all for all" basis in accordance with the Minsk Agreements.
