LPR Youth Organizations join almost 3,000 participants
LUGANSK, December 29 (Lugansk Media Centre) – LPR youth organizations Molodaya Gvardia (Young Guard) and Molodezh Za Mir (The Youth For Peace) comprise almost 3,000 youngsters as of the end of 2017, said Mir Luganschine social movement's executive committee.
"Mir Luganschine has been building ways and means to communicate with public for three years, and working with young people is just another way to support the public dialog. Youth organizations operate in all the LPR districts."
"As of the end of 2017, the organizations have attracted almost 3,000 young people: 1,183 are members of the Molodaya Gvardia; 1,653 are members of the Molodezh Za Mir."
Their activists have organized over a thousand public events this year.
This week, Mir Luganschine (Peace to Lugansk Region) social movement announced it has gained over 100,000 members by the end of the year.
Mir Luganschine is the largest social movement in the Republic. It was established prior to elections to LPR People’s Council on 2 November 2014. Mir Luganschine activists enjoyed solid support coming first with 69.42 percent of votes.
