LPR: Ukraine technically cannot block Russian websites banned by Poroshenko
Ukraine technically cannot block Russian websites, it has put under sanctions, in LPR, said the head of data processing department of the LPR Communications Ministry Denis Poda.
"We use different technical means – our systems are differentiated. We don't use Ukrainian backbone providers," he said.
Earlier the head of tele-, radio- and interned systems department of the Communications Ministry Anna Sirotenko said that Ukraine's ban on Russian social networks doesn't affect LPR users as Ukraine and LPR belong to different technical and legal jurisdictions.
