LPR suspends transfers of people to Russian passport-issuing offices
LUGANSK, April 10 (Lugansk Media Centre) - LPR has temporary suspended travel to Russia for the purpose of receiving Russian passports, the LPR Interior Ministry said.
"To prevent the COVID-19 spread, passenger travels to Russian offices issuing passports are suspended from April 13 until further notice," the report reads.
The documents for the passports are still accepted and reviewed.
The World Health Organization called the COVID-19 coronavirus infection a pandemic. The first coronavirus infection cases were recorded in China in late 2019. As of now, the number of coronavirus contacts has exceeded 1.5 million people worldwide; of those almost 93,000 died.
