LPR students from Kiev-controlled areas can study remotely on distance education programs
LUGANSK, June 2 (Lugansk Media Center) - Students of LPR higher education institutions, living in Kiev-controlled territory, can access distance learning programs, said first deputy minister of education and science Nikolay Klipakov.
"We have worked out distance education programs for all those Donbass residents living in Kiev-controlled territory."
He said such students would have to enter on the same conditions as other students from LPR.
"Further on they can access educational programs via Internet. To pass exams they would have to come to the Republic."
All students will be offered accommodations.
On February 17 LPR and DPR Heads Igor Plotnitskiy and Alexander Zakharchenko launched the program of humanitarian assistance for residents of Kiev-occupied part of Donbass. The main goal of the program is to provide financial, medical and educational aid to socially vulnerable groups.
