LPR State Security foils terror plot to blow up foreigners in Lugansk sauna
LUGANSK, July 19 (Lugansk Media Center) – LPR Ministry of State Security (MGB) detained a Ukrainian saboteur who plotted to blow up foreigners in a Lugansk sauna, the MGB press service said.
"The Ministry of State Security detained a saboteur, Ruslan Donich, who acted on Ukrainian special services orders and plotted a terrorist attack on foreigners and LPR residents," the press statement said.
"Donich, who earlier was convicted of robbery and plunder, was enrolled by Ukraine's special services in February and sent to Lugansk".
"He had to blow up an IED in Druzhba restaurant, in its sauna," MGB said.
The terror attack was averted, but Donich managed to escape that time.
"He was detained in an operation planned by the MGB. He is testifying at the moment," the press service said.
