LPR, South Ossetian Chambers of Commerce and Industry sign cooperation agreement
LUGANSK, June 7 (Lugansk Media Centre) - The Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the Lugansk People’s Republic and South Ossetia have signed a cooperation agreement, the LPR Economic Development Ministry said.
LPR Economic Development Minister Elena Kostenko, her first deputy Svetlana Podlipayeva and LPR Chamber of Commerce and Industry president Anatoliy Chekh have been on an official visit to the Republic of South Ossetia since June 5.
“To promote trade ties and economic cooperation between the two Republics, a cooperation agreement has been signed between the Chambers of Commerce and Trade of the Lugansk People’s Republic and the Republic of South Ossetia. The document was signed by LPR Chamber of Commerce and Industry president Anatoliy Check and his South Ossetian counterpart Alan Alborov,” the Ministry’s statement said.
The agreement will help develop trade and economic ties and boost trade turnover between the Republics which will have the opportunity to expand their sales markets and simplify the procedure for the delivery of goods manufactured in the LPR and South Ossetia.
Earlier, the LPR and South Ossetian Economic Development Ministries signed a cooperation agreement in Lugansk.
