LPR servicewoman killed, five people injured in Lugansk blast (PHOTOS)
LPR servicewoman was killed, five people including civilians were injured in a blast which hit central Lugansk at 3.30 p.m. today, said LPR People's Militia spokesman Lieutenant-Colonel Andrey Marochko.
"At 3.30 p.m. a terrorist attack was carried out next to the House of Government in Lugansk. A woman - LPR People's Militia Medical Service Captain was killed; five more people injured including civilians."
The operative search is ongoing.
The scene has been cordoned off, the search for other explosive device is being carried out.
According to preliminary reports, an improvised explosive device had been placed into a garbage bin next to the food shop.
The type and power of the IED is being established.
