LPR hospitals monitor 270 patients for COVID-19
LUGANSK, April 1 (Lugansk Media Centre) – LPR doctors monitor 270 patients in hospitals for possible COVID-19, the head doctor of the Lugansk sanitary-epidemiological station Dmitry Dokashenko said.
"270 people are under medical surveillance," Dokashenko said.
The patient with COVID-19 is being treated in the Lugansk City Hospital No.4.
The World Health Organization called the COVID-19 coronavirus infection a pandemic. The first coronavirus infection cases were recorded in China in late 2019. As of now, the number of coronavirus contacts has exceeded 754,000; of those over 36,500 died. One case was confirmed in the LPR.
