LPR foreign minister gives power of attorney to Republic’s Culture Centre founder in Congo
LUGANSK, February 19 (Lugansk Media Centre) - Lugansk People’s Republic Foreign Minister Vladislav Deinego handed in a power of attorney document to founder of the LPR Culture Centre in the Democratic Republic of the Congo Jean-Gustave Mukadi Musasa.
Deinego expressed confidence that the founder of the LPR Culture Centre which was set up in the town of Kolwezi “would organise a worthy dialogue between the DRC and the LPR.”
“We have much in common; most importantly, we wish to develop our relations. I hope that in the near future, the Democratic Republic of the Congo will be able to open its mission here,” the minister said.
He noted that both Republics were in a difficult situation at present and that they were ready to support each other.
“Residents of that Republic understand us, they hear us and are ready to look deeper into our culture and history, and together with us, resist the actions which are impacting them there, similar to what we now feel coming from Ukraine in a very serious way,” Deinego said.
