LPR downs three Ukrainian UAVs in week
LUGANSK, June 21 (Lugansk Media Centre) – LPR Air Defense has downed three Ukrainian UAVs this week, said LPR People's Militia press service head Yakov Osadchiy.
He said that the drones belonged to Ukrainian 54th and 14th brigades.
Photos and footage retrieved from the drones have been passed to the LPR Prosecutor General’s Office and intermingled with other criminal cases against senior Ukrainian commanders responsible for shelling Donbass territories.
Employing combat aviation and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) in a 30 km wide zone along the line of contact is banned under Article 7 of Minsk Memorandum, with the sole exception of OSCE SMM UAVs.
