LPR adops tax law: non-resident companies must register with Republic before March 1
LPR People's Council has passed in second reading and adopted the law amending the law on taxation in LPR, which settles the principles of non-resident entrepreneurs and enterprises.
According to the document all non-residents should sign agreements with tax agents in LPR by March 1, 2017, and pay taxes, levies and other due payments (including one-time fee for compulsory state social insurance) under the LPR legislation for the period preceding the conclusion of the abovementioned agreement.
The law provides, in case the agreement with LPR tax agent is not signed by the due date, non-resident enterprise or entrepreneur goes into receivership (state temporary administration management).
