He added that water was fed to Lugansk pumping station-3 from Petrovskiy water intake. Water is delivered to Slavyanoserbsk, yeaterday at 4 a.m. ZFS-2 started pumping – from Lisichansk to Alchevsk. It has already been delivered to Pervomaisk, Minister said.
"Water volumes are at the levels we agreed and meets terms of water supply agreement we concluded with the other side (Ukraine)," Ivanuskin said.

In September Kiev shut off two water pipelines delivering water to LPR territory - the first one is pumping water to Lugansk area from Kiev-controlled West water treatment plant in vicinity of Lisichansk, and Petrovskiy duct. LPR has since been faced with a significant depletion of water supply. LPR Сouncil of ministers declared an emergency in several districts of the Republic on September 27th due to significant water supply deterioration.
