Kiev plots massive terrorist attack against LPR civilians
LUGANSK, January 16 (Lugansk Media Centre) – Ukrainian forces plot a large-scale terrorist attack against civilians in Donbass, said LPR People's Militia spokesman Lieutenant-Colonel Andrey Marochko.
"Ukrainian forces disregard norms of international humanitarian law and use prohibited methods of war. The OSCE SMM has revealed that Ukrainian army is plotting an attack against LPR civilians."
The SMM latest report said that they "saw for the first time two dark green square wooden boxes (with wires connected) attached to the metal gates of a sluice on the northern side of the Myronivskyi reservoir and close to a checkpoint of the Ukrainian armed forces near Roty. An unarmed (Ukrainian) soldier told the SMM about the presence of explosives on the sluice."
Marochko called on the international community and human rights organizations to the fact that blowing up a sluice of a reservoir will result in raised water level in the river of Lugan and subsequent flooding of Troitskoye, Kalinovo, Irmino, Pervomaisk, which is to cause huge number of victims and a humanitarian disaster.
