LUGANSK, March 9 (Lugansk Media Centre) – Kiev forces have violated the Spring ceasefire in effect from March 8 on the order of the commander of the 10th brigade of the Ukrainian army Colonel Vasiliy Zubanich, said LPR People's Militia spokesman Lieutenant-Colonel Andrey Marochko.
Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire at 4.50 p.m. on March 9 by shelling Golubovskoye.

Later, at 5.25 p.m., our positions outside Lozovoye came under shelling. The order to open fire was issued by the commander of the 30th brigade Ivan Garaz. The enemy fired six rounds of 82 mm caliber."
The Spring ceasefire, 23rd in the series of ceasefire recommitments, was agreed to by the security subgroup of the Contact Group and came in effect in Donbass on March 8, 2019 1:01 a.m. (GMT+3).
