Kiev derails Minsk talks dragging Russia in Ukraine-Donbass issues settlement - Kobtseva
LUGANSK, May 30 (Lugansk Media Centre) – Kiev representatives in the Contact Group block the Minsk talks trying to tie Russian-Ukrainian relationships with the settlement of issues with Donbass, said LPR representative in the Contact Group humanitarian subgroup Olga Kobtseva.
"While discussing the prisoner exchange Kiev again attempted to negotiate alleged "political prisoners" with Russia. They try to drag Russia in missing persons issue settlement."
Kobtseva said that Ukraine also blocked the discussion of returning documents and legal clearing of the liberated in exchanges.
"As for the Stanitsa Luganskaya bridge repairs, Kiev avoids agreements and tries to impose its position."
"Kiev representative Irina Geraschenko was late as usually and was not aware of the course of negotiations. Her Facebook statements are very inconsistent with what goes on in Minsk."
The exchange of captives between Donbass Republics and Ukraine is one of the key issues of Minsk Agreements.
