LUGANSK, October 18 (Lugansk Media Centre) – LPR state communications company Lugansk Communications has restored internet access across the Republic after the network failure.
LPR faced internet disruption at 11 p.m. October 17 following an incident at a telecommunication backbone.
"Access to internet remained unavailable until 10 a.m. October 18," the company said.
The issue has been resolved, it added, connection fully restored.
