ICRC humanitarian convoy arrives in LPR through Schastye checkpoint

LUGANSK, April 7 (Lugansk Media Centre) – An ICRC humanitarian convoy has arrived in the LPR via the Schastye checkpoint, though it is still closed for pedestrians and civilian traffic, the LPR Foreign Ministry said.

"11 humanitarian convoy vehicles arrived in the LPR through the Lugansk-Schastye checkpoint, which os still non-operating," the statement reads.

LPR representative in the Contact Group humanitarian subgroup Olga Kobtseva said earlier that the passage of humanitarian cargo is one of the parameters that need to be harmonized between Ukraine and the LPR to facilitate the simultaneous opening of the new crossing points in Schastye and Pervomaisk.
