Distant entrance exams made available for Donbass residents in 2018 - Education Ministry
LUGANSK, March 2 (Lugansk Media Centre) – The residents of Kiev-controlled territories will be able pass entrance exams to Lugansk universities distantly in 2018, said the first deputy minister of education and science Nikolay Klipakov.
The decision was taken to provide residents of Kiev-controlled Donbass educational opportunities in the LPR under the aegis of the Humanitarian program for the reunification of Donbass people.
"The residents of Kiev-controlled territories can distantly pass entrance exams. Students will be able to pass graduation exams and state attestation distantly as well," Klipakov said.
"We are preparing equipment and software to launch this program. The experience of the three universities (which previously introduced distance learning programs) is implemented in all the seven LPR universities."
Earlier Klipakov said the LPR Ministry of Education and Science has organized distance learning programs in all Republican higher education institutions.
