LUGANSK, October 7 (Lugansk Media Centre) – The LPR has embarked on fulfilling the agreement on the renewal of the disengagement of forces and hardware in the areas where it was first completed in 2016, said LPR Foreign Minister representing the Republic at Minsk talks Vladislav Deinego.
"The schedule was endorsed by the Contact Group in Minsk on October 1. But judging by (Ukrainian foreign minister Vadim) Pristaiko's words Kiev has not bothered to read its obligations as they make statements that contradict (the agreement)," Deinego said.
"Pristaiko mentioned a seven-day ceasefire as a precondition, but it is not provided for this time. Despite any provocations the disengagement must take place," Deinego said.
"Moreover, the disengagement in Petrovskoye and Zolotoye is the second requirement for setting the date of the Normandy Four summit (the first one, signing of the Steinmeier formula has been fulfilled I Minsk), which the new Ukrainian president continuously expressed the desire to hold.
"Ukraine's non-compliance with its obligations might be interpreted as the intention to derail the fulfillment of the Minsk Agreements which is inadmissible.
