Bad weather leaves 7,000 customers without electricity – LPR Emergencies Ministry
LUGANSK, August 6 (Lugansk Media Centre) - Nearly 7,000 customers have been left without electricity because of adverse weather conditions, the Lugansk People’s Republic Emergencies Ministry reported.
As of August 5, more than 13,000 customers had no power supply because of bad weather, it said.
Emergency response efforts continue across the Republic.
Power outages occurred in in Slavyanoserbskiy district (2,150 customers), Stakhanov (1,100 customers), Gorodische township, Perevalskiy district (1,997 customers) and Sverdlovsk (106 customers). Repairs are underway in the villages of Shishkino (83 customers), Vesnyanoye (110 customers), Slavyanoserbsk township (10 customers) and Frunze township (1,450 customers).
