60th Russian humanitarian aid convoy to arrive in LPR on 21 February
The 60th humanitarian aid convoy of the Russian Emergencies Ministry (EMERCOM) will arrive in Donbass on 21 February, the Ministry’s press service reported.
Twenty-six EMERCOM trucks will set off from the Don Rescue Centre in Rostov Region bringing to LPR and DPR more than 300 tons, mostly baby food, such as milk formula, fruit, vegetable and meat mash, porridges and fruit juices.
On 22 December 2016, a convoy of 17 Russian trucks delivered to the Republic more than 160 tons of cargoes.
The first Russian humanitarian aid convoy arrived in the Lugansk People’s Republic on 22 August 2014. Russia’s EMERCOM has delivered more than 66,000 tons of relief supplies to LPR and DPR residents since.
